Sometimes, when we get past our symptoms to the root cause — we are confronted with fundamental aspects of human existence such as death, freedom, isolation, and the search for meaning rather than solely on past experiences.

Our aim is to help individuals & couples reclaim their freedom in making choices while recognizing the responsibility they hold for their actions. A central tenet in life is the idea that humans are driven to find meanings in their lives, and this meaning is something created by you and you alone.

Together, we will collaborate to help you live authentically, meaning in alignment with your core values and beliefs, rather than conforming to societal expectations. Our aim is to help you reframe anxiety not as a negative symptom, but as an inevitable part of the human condition.

Therapy will help clients develop a sense of self-awareness, and acceptance of themselves and the world around them by embracing their freedom, responsibility, and the inherent challenges of existence which ultimately will lead to a more meaningful and authentic life.
