Many of our clients are carrying more than just the pressures of their careers or relationships. Underneath the anxiety and overthinking, there’s often an old story—childhood emotional neglect, relational or situational trauma, or the feeling of always having to be “the one in control.” We specialize in helping you heal not only the symptoms, but the deeper patterns and past experiences that shaped them.
We believe healing happens when you can safely look beneath the surface. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational therapy—including advanced training in EMDR and evidenced-based interventions informed by CBT, DBT, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems. Whether your struggles started in childhood or were shaped by specific life events, we’re here to help you process and heal at the root—not just manage symptoms.
You are successful on paper but feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck.
You’re navigating career stress, burnout, or imposter syndrome.
You struggle with control, perfectionism, self-criticism, or anxiety that traces back to past trauma or childhood wounds.
You seek to reconnect with yourself and discover more life purpose and meaning.
You want to improve your relationships but don’t know how to communicate without conflict.
You’re processing a big life transition—new marriage, parenthood, career changes, family shifts.
You grew up in a home where you had to take care of everyone else.
You experienced emotional neglect or felt like your needs or emotions were “too much” or “not enough”.
You’ve done well on the outside, but still carry old wounds that shape how you show up in relationships.
You’re ready to stop feeling anxious and stressed, and want to start living with more clarity, balance, and ease.
Is This You? You’re Likely A Good Fit for Therapy With Us If:
Professional Training & Background
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Cinematic Arts from The University of Southern California, Cum Laude and my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, Magna Cum Laude.
Prior to my experience in mental health, I worked as a Television Development executive at Hulu in Los Angeles.
For clinical training, I have completed clinical practicum with over 900+ supervised hours at Capital Area Counseling, a community mental health agency in Austin, TX working with adults, couples, and groups (ages 18-55) on high-acuity issues including mood disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, sexual trauma, immigration challenges, substance use, grief, body image, relationships, life changes, and women's issues.
Realignment Starts Here
I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives. My goal is to collaborate with you on your goals without labeling or pathologizing. I consider the whole person — mind, body, spirit, culture. My aim is for therapy to be a nonjudgemental, relational space, so I bring myself into the room, when helpful. My clients describe me as authentic, empathetic, affirmative, and creative. I use humor (when appropriate) and provide a direct, yet relational and nonjudgemental approach.
What Are You Really Like As A Therapist?
In my late 20s, my own anxiety could no longer be ignored. I started working with a supportive therapist who helped me gain tools to experience greater ease in my life. I aligned with my values and authenticity to find more life purpose. This experience truly changed my life and confirmed that becoming a therapist was the right career path for me. My passion stems from helping clients reach a place where they feel truly heard, valued, and important so they can find more balance and meaning in their lives and reclaim their authenticity.
Why Therapy?
My long-term goal is to build out a like-minded team of licensed supervisors, clinicians (LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs), associates, and clinical intake specialists to expand our reach and help more clients align with their authenticity and discover their true life purpose. Eventually, the goal would be to add somatic experiences such as yoga, meditation, retreats, and more to the therapeutic offering.
Why “Collective”?
I integrate evidence-based modalities. My approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Multicultural Counseling. I’m passionate about helping you align with your authentic self and explore what brings your life meaning.
I plan to pursue advanced training in:
Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Basic Training (Certified in July 2025)
Internal Family Systems - Level 1 (Fall - 2025)
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy Therapy (TBD)
